I'm Chris Cooper — an independent consultant, technologist and lifelong problem solver. I've spent more than two decades helping organisations navigate change, improve performance and make better use of technology.

The last ride of the Cycle the Month Challenge — 37.88km on tired legs, over an old railway line to a coffee stop, and the two hundred miles finished inside the month.

A short one indoors on Saturday, then two 30km rides in a single Sunday — one on the CX bike in a busy morning, one on the road bike in the evening. 78.39km across three rides, with the month almost out of days.

A night in the roof top tent, 18.71km along the water in Portsmouth at eight in the morning, a longer stop than usual for a flat white and a bacon roll, and a day that ended over coffee with the friend who is the reason this challenge stopped being abstract.
