I'm Chris Cooper — an independent consultant, technologist and lifelong problem solver. I've spent more than two decades helping organisations navigate change, improve performance and make better use of technology.
Outside work, I'm increasingly interested in adventure, fitness, wellbeing, personal challenges and the experiences that shape how we think and live.
